You are:

  • An experienced pharma/healthcare creative leader with at least 5 years of HCP copywriting experience across multiple disease/treatment categories
  • Curious, fearless, and hungry to learn
  • Passionate about creating bold, interesting, and exciting concepts
  • Efficient at running the day-to-day work on one or more brands or workstreams
  • A tireless researcher and organized manager of reference materials
  • Ready to help your ACD or CD oversee members of the copy team—including hiring candidates, monitoring performance, and conducting reviews
  • A motivator who gives constructive guidance to your creative team to inspire great work
  • A thoughtful delegator of projects who follows up with appropriate oversight
  • Eager to work with Creative, Account, and Strategy leads to develop the strategic and creative vision for your brands
  • An engaging presenter who conveys deep expertise and passion for the work
  • Able to quickly gain your clients’ trust in your creative leadership and content generation
  • An authoritative presence within the agency, demonstrating true leadership abilities

You can share a portfolio of work that shows:

  • Great concepts that demonstrate strong and mature strategic thought
  • Flawless multichannel executions for integrated campaigns
  • Rationales and frameworks to convey the strategic thinking behind your work

You demonstrate expertise in:

  • Writing (clear, concise, and compelling)
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Social media and other digital channels
  • AMA style, referencing, factchecking, and prepping for MLR submissions
  • Brand stewardship (being the go-to on your client’s product label, pivotal trial data, messaging, and style specifications)
