OPEN POSITION: COPY SUPERVISOR

You are:

  • A broadly and deeply experienced pharma/healthcare copywriter with at least 4 years of experience in HCP communications across several disease/treatment categories
  • Curious, fearless, and hungry to learn
  • Passionate about creating bold, interesting, exciting concepts
  • Able to gain client confidence as the day-to-day point person for their brand
  • A contributor to conceptual and tactical development by bringing unique creative solutions
  • Able to sell in your conceptual and tactical ideas to the larger team
  • Able to write for HCP audiences across a variety of media
  • Proficient at developing message platforms that align with brand strategy
  • Able to juggle multiple projects on similar timelines
  • A tireless researcher and organized manager of reference materials
  • Beginning to supervise and provide guidance to more junior writers, and train new hires
  • An independent thinker who intelligently influences the strategic direction of your brands
  • An eagle who sees both the big picture and the small details

You can share a portfolio of work that shows:

  • Great concepts that demonstrate strong and mature strategic thought
  • Flawless multichannel executions for integrated campaigns
  • Rationales and frameworks to convey the strategic thinking behind your work

You demonstrate excellence in:

  • Writing (clear, concise, and compelling)
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Social media and other digital channels
  • AMA style, referencing, factchecking, and prepping for MLR submissions
  • Brand stewardship (being the go-to on your client's product label, pivotal trial data, messaging, and style specifications)
